Regional Director of Sales, SMB – Semrush (Boston, MA, On-site)
Full-time | Leadership Role | Reports to Director of Sales, SMB
Semrush is looking for a Regional Director of Sales to lead and scale its SMB sales team in the Americas. This role focuses on building a high-performing team, driving revenue, and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the SMB AE team
- Drive revenue growth and exceed targets
- Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate on new strategies and sales programs
- Maintain deep product knowledge and support complex deals
- Report on KPIs and sales performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years in sales management or business development
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
