The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term program designed for early-career talent to gain an immersive experience in the Web3 space. Participants will understand the inner workings of Binance, gain networking opportunities, and build transferable skills to advance their careers.

Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Market Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis of institutional clients' Futures products, APIs, fee structures, etc., to track market changes and maintain a competitive edge.
• Client Demand Response & Support: Respond to institutional clients' business needs, manage inquiries, follow up on progress, and communicate feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical and product teams to resolve system operations and technical challenges.
• Document & Materials Support: Assist in preparing business documents, support materials, and maintain relevant records to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Proactive: Strong interest in quantitative trading and institutional business, able to adapt to a fast-paced market environment.
• Strong Responsibility: Detail-oriented, capable of efficiently responding to client needs for smooth project execution.
• Good Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, ensuring clear and efficient communication with clients and teams.
• Quick Learning Ability: Able to quickly understand institutional business products and technologies and execute tasks effectively.
• Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in English to communicate fluently with global clients.
