🔍 What You'll Lead

• Directly manage and mentor CX Managers & 150+ frontline agents
• Drive CX strategies across phone, chat, and email channels
• Develop and monitor CX metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems
• Lead process optimization projects using Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen
• Align CX performance with long-term growth plans and operational excellence

✅ You're a Fit If You Have

• 12+ years in CX operations with at least 3 years in fast-paced or hyper-growth environments
• Proven leadership managing global teams in high-volume support operations
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Emotional intelligence, proactive mindset, and customer obsession
• Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with Philippines time zone if needed

🏆 Preferred Extras

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or SaaS
• Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt
