• Compensation: $256K–$288K base + equity + benefits

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop the vision and roadmap for the Discord Shop.
• Drive user adoption and revenue growth—you own the annual revenue target.

1. Go-To-Market Execution:

• Coordinate content planning, promotions, pricing, and merchandising.
• Manage co-marketing with major brand collaborations (e.g., SpongeBob, Valorant, Street Fighter).

1. Team Management:

• Lead and grow a small marketing team.
• Streamline internal processes to enable faster content deployment and improved outcomes.

1. Collaboration Across Teams:

• Work with Product, Business Development, and Partnerships.
• Integrate Shop features deeply into the Discord experience for better discovery and monetization.

✅ Requirements:

• 8+ years in online retail, e-commerce, or gaming merchandising.
• Experience in gaming industry.
• Strong operations/project management chops.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive zero-to-one product marketing.
• Preferably has a startup or entrepreneurial background.
