Role Overview:

As a Manager - Transitions, you will play a crucial role in managing and stabilizing new processes being migrated. You will ensure smooth operations by working with cross-functional teams, managing performance metrics, risk analysis, and resource training. You will drive the E2E transition strategy and ensure successful execution of transition projects, addressing client expectations and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop E2E Transition Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate inputs and validate assumptions for the proposed digital solutions. Refine strategies to meet client needs.
• Pre-Transition Workshops: Participate in workshops to gain insights and fine-tune solutions. Lead RFP updates and develop client engagement strategies.
• Digital Compendium Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of Genpact’s digital solutions and offerings, with a focus on client-specific needs.
• Risk and Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project/process risks. Communicate risks and co-create change solutions.
• SLA Adherence: Ensure SLA adherence during the transition lifecycle (90 days post go-live).
• Client Relationship Management: Build positive, strategic relationships with clients through outcome-focused project and change conversations.
• Cost and Performance Control: Be accountable for transition costs and ensure project deliverables are met within budget.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Postgraduate/Graduate degree.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Active experience in project management and transitions.
• Familiarity with major ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle.
• Experience in consulting and organizational change.
• Exposure to project management tools and technologies.
• Digital Mindset: Ability to build and foster a digital mindset in the team and throughout the project lifecycle.
• Client Interaction: Strong strategic and outcome-focused client engagement skills.
• Global Perspective: Ability to leverage internal and external insights for global solutions.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience in digital deployment or projects.
• Experience in leading discussions with senior partners to sell product offerings.
• Proficient in managing project setups, deliveries, and closure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
