Job Summary:

GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Workday Systems Engineer to lead global payroll system configurations within Workday. This role supports the payroll function by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday’s payroll capabilities and integrations across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll modules and business processes
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver payroll-related solutions
• Support payroll integrations with third-party providers
• Lead Workday Payroll testing, documentation, and deployments
• Participate in Workday bi-annual releases, reviewing and implementing new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and support end users
• Contribute to system architecture planning and process improvements
• Create reports, EIBs, and mass data uploads as needed

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in HCM/Payroll systems, with 5+ years configuring Workday Payroll
• In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, security, and calculations
• Experience building custom reports, EIBs, and condition rules
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Workday certifications in Payroll (US, UK, or Canada) or related modules
• Experience supporting Workday through global acquisitions or restructures
