Compensation:

$200,000 – $306,000/year (OTE) + equity + benefits

About the Role:

Join Discord’s Quests advertising team to build and grow a new revenue stream focused on the mobile gaming vertical. You'll manage a book of business, drive new client relationships, and help shape go-to-market efforts in a fast-scaling ad business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue from new and existing mobile gaming advertisers
• Identify client goals and offer tailored UA and marketing solutions
• Build and manage relationships with game developers and agencies
• Collaborate on account planning and create compelling sales presentations
• Develop deep product knowledge across Discord's advertising and mobile ecosystem

Requirements:

• 4+ years in sales/account executive roles, ideally in ad tech or programmatic
• 2+ years working directly with mobile gaming accounts
• Knowledge of app install campaigns, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), CPI/LTV/retention metrics
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Analytical and tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of mobile UA and marketing tools
• Willingness to travel (15–25%) for industry events and client meetings

Preferred Background:

• Experience across casual, hypercasual, mid-core, or hardcore mobile games
• Background in UA, mobile gaming business development, or app marketing
• Familiarity with events like MAU Vegas, Pocket Gamer Connects
