$200,000 – $306,000/year (On-Target Earnings) + equity + benefits

About the Role:

Discord is hiring an Account Executive to grow its Quests advertising platform within the mobile gaming vertical. You'll manage and expand client relationships, drive revenue, and help build this fast-growing ad business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a book of business with mobile gaming advertisers
• Identify UA and marketing goals and deliver customized advertising solutions
• Build strong relationships with gaming studios and marketing partners
• Lead strategic planning and sales presentations using campaign insights
• Develop product expertise in Discord’s mobile ad solutions and gaming ecosystem

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in ad sales/account executive roles (programmatic or performance marketing focus)
• 2+ years experience working with mobile gaming clients or mobile app marketing
• Familiarity with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), UA metrics (CPI, LTV, Retention)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical thinker with mobile campaign experience and technical fluency
• Willingness to travel 15–25% to industry events (e.g., MAU, Pocket Gamer Connects)
• Passion for gaming and the mobile advertising space

Preferred Background:

• Experience across casual, hypercasual, mid-core, or hardcore mobile games
• Background in UA, app marketing, or gaming business development
• Industry network in the mobile gaming and ad tech ecosystem
