🎮 About the Role

• Be a founding member of the Quests mobile gaming ad sales team
• Help game publishers and studios connect with Discord’s massive player base (200M+ MAUs)
• Work in a zero-to-one environment, launching and scaling a new mobile ads product

🧩 Responsibilities

• Drive new business and grow recurring revenue from mobile game publishers and agencies
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
• Act as a strategic consultant on marketing needs and ad opportunities
• Help shape the product roadmap based on client feedback
• Build long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
• Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to build scalable processes
• Represent Discord at industry forums and events

✅ Requirements

• 6+ years in ad sales (preferably in gaming / mobile advertising)
• Proven success in building business from scratch and hitting revenue goals
• Strong network with mobile game publishers and marketing decision-makers
• Skilled in campaign analytics, problem-solving, and performance optimization
• Experience working cross-functionally to influence product and strategy
• Willing to travel for in-person client meetings (regional)
