Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Beverly, MA (Hybrid)
Company Overview:
Fintech SBT, a division of Fintech, leads in Scan-Based Trading solutions for the retail industry. It manages pricing, invoicing, and payment flows between retailers and suppliers, simplifying consignment sales nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic accounts
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Conduct business reviews, audits, and regular check-ins
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Achieve revenue and growth quotas
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Fintech's solutions
- Collaborate across Product, Support, and Marketing teams
- Track and report account performance and concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree; retail experience preferred
- 2+ years in account management or sales
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willingness to travel occasionally
