Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Beverly, MA (Hybrid)

Fintech SBT, a division of Fintech, leads in Scan-Based Trading solutions for the retail industry. It manages pricing, invoicing, and payment flows between retailers and suppliers, simplifying consignment sales nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow strategic accounts
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers
• Conduct business reviews, audits, and regular check-ins
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Achieve revenue and growth quotas
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Fintech's solutions
• Collaborate across Product, Support, and Marketing teams
• Track and report account performance and concerns
• Stay updated on industry trends and client needs

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree; retail experience preferred
• 2+ years in account management or sales
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willingness to travel occasionally
