Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Office-first)

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of Adyen’s largest enterprise merchants, building strong relationships with key contacts and providing expert payment guidance to support their growth. You’ll work across various industries and merchant types, collaborating internally and externally to meet strategic and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchant accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders across departments
- Provide strategic, consultative advice aligned with global payments strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product innovation and deliver merchant projects
- Foster a positive working environment and maintain good internal and external relationships
Who You Are
- At least 5 years’ experience managing Enterprise Accounts
- High-energy, self-starter with strong commercial and entrepreneurial drive
- Skilled at relationship-building across all management levels
- Passionate about leading strategic payments conversations and presenting business reviews
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess and help clients reach their goals
- Able to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
