🔍 Role Summary

• Title: Account Manager – Crossplatform Gaming
• Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Relocation assistance may be offered)
• Salary: $180K–$202.5K/year + equity + benefits
• Department: Gaming Advertising Solutions (Quests business line)
• Reports To: Director of Sales, Gaming Advertising Solutions (West region)

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize client advertising campaigns (Quests)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming partners
• Deliver data-driven reports (e.g., QBRs, wrap-ups) for performance reviews
• Partner with internal teams (product, ops, data science, marketing)
• Drive upsell opportunities and campaign renewals
• Represent Discord in client meetings (some travel required)

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, focused on mobile gaming clients
• Deep knowledge of gaming ad ecosystems, measurement tools, and media buying
• Experience with brand-to-performance funnel campaigns
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and storytelling skills

• Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot ad products
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

📍 Location Requirement

Candidates must live in or be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area (includes counties like San Francisco, Santa Clara, Alameda, etc.)
