$180,000 – $202,500/year + equity + benefits

About the Role:

Join Discord’s Gaming Advertising Solutions (Quests) team to manage and grow relationships with mobile gaming advertisers. You’ll oversee campaign execution, drive client success, and contribute to the future of advertising on one of the world’s most active gaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own performance and success of mobile game ad campaigns
• Communicate daily with clients and internal teams
• Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve client KPIs
• Upsell and expand business based on campaign performance
• Act as a strategic partner to gaming clients across genres

Requirements:

• 3+ years in ad/media/digital marketing (with quota responsibility)
• 1+ year in mobile gaming or mobile app marketing (UA, retention, performance)
• Proficiency with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), attribution, tracking
• Deep knowledge of mobile ad formats, campaign strategy, and optimization
• Analytical, data-driven, and client-focused mindset
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Willingness to travel regionally for in-person meetings

Preferred Background:

• Experience with casual to hardcore gaming titles
• Mobile growth, user acquisition, or retention marketing
• Familiarity with programmatic ads or mobile DSPs
• Strong Discord user or community participant
• Existing relationships in mobile gaming ad space
