Job Title: Account Manager – Mobile Gaming

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time)

Salary Range: $180,000–$202,500/year + equity + benefits

About the Role:

Discord is looking for an experienced Account Manager – Mobile Gaming to support its Gaming Advertising Solutions business, Quests. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage and grow advertising partnerships with top mobile gaming companies, leveraging your digital marketing and performance advertising expertise to deliver impactful results. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work cross-functionally with teams including product, marketing, data science, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end mobile gaming ad campaigns and client relationships
• Provide performance insights and strategic optimization recommendations
• Support upsells and renewals through strong data-backed storytelling
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
• Travel as needed for client engagement and account management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in advertising/digital marketing account management
• 1+ year in the mobile gaming industry or mobile performance marketing
• Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and mobile attribution
• Strong communication, presentation, and data analysis skills
• Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, and mobile campaign KPIs
