Job Description

Handle all aspects of DP Account Opening

Manage account modifications, reactivations, and closures

Address audit queries and exchange alerts

Provide training and support to business associates

Offer expert support in addressing customer queries

 

Required Candidate profile

Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

In-depth knowledge related to KYC, ReKYC, modification, reactivation, and KRA.

Familiarity with the latest regulations of Account Opening
