Location: Beverly, MA (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Fintech SBT is seeking an Account Specialist to support clients, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and technical assistance within the Scan-Based Trading sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary client contact
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain and update client accounts
• Educate clients on portal use and service benefits
• Identify process improvements and suggest system enhancements
• Document and escalate critical issues
• Support Zendesk case management and ticket closures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years client service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability
• Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems a plus
