Job Title: Account Specialist
Location: Beverly, MA (Hybrid)
About the Role:
Fintech SBT is seeking an Account Specialist to support clients, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and technical assistance within the Scan-Based Trading sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client contact
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain and update client accounts
- Educate clients on portal use and service benefits
- Identify process improvements and suggest system enhancements
- Document and escalate critical issues
- Support Zendesk case management and ticket closures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years client service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows
- Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems a plus
