Job Summary:

Binance is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team and handle complex accounting operations related to crypto assets. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, experience working in fast-paced environments, and an interest in blockchain-based financial innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager and stakeholders to define, propose, and implement accounting entries for a wide range of complex crypto-related accounting scenarios.
• Manage crypto asset accounting and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conduct high-volume reconciliations involving diverse data types across internal systems, blockchain networks, and external sources.
• Provide support for historical financial clean-up projects and ensure that financials are audit-ready.
• Offer expertise and assistance on various crypto accounting matters and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Assist the finance systems project manager by contributing accounting expertise to internal finance system improvements or implementations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are a strong plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in accounting and/or auditing roles.
• Solid understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with multi-currency accounting and handling complex financial scenarios.
• Strong skills in Excel and finance system tools.
• Crypto Experience:
• Prior exposure to cryptocurrency accounting is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desirable:
• Experience with financial consolidation.
