🧾 About the Role

This role is about bridging traditional finance with crypto asset accounting. You’ll be managing complex accounting operations, crypto-specific reconciliations, and financial clean-ups — all while collaborating across departments to make sure the books are tight and audit-ready.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Work with senior leaders to design and execute accounting entries for complex crypto scenarios
• Manage crypto asset accounting and reporting
• Handle high-volume data reconciliations across systems, sources, and blockchain networks
• Support historical financial clean-up for audit-readiness
• Assist on all crypto-related accounting queries and projects
• Collaborate with internal system teams on finance system improvements

📚 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (ACCA or CPA = big plus)
• 10+ years post-qualification experience, especially in operations or audit
• Strong with multi-currency and complex accounting
• Experience with crypto accounting is highly preferred
• Comfortable solving problems and working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems
• Some group consolidation experience is a bonus
• Self-driven and able to work independently
