🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, acquire, and onboard business partners (e.g., sub-brokers) for CoinDCX.
• Take complete ownership of lead generation, partner prospecting, training, engagement, and commission negotiation.
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and build strong local networks for partner acquisition.
• Ensure potential partners align with CoinDCX’s values and user-first principles.
• Achieve acquisition targets; incentives are performance-linked.
• Keep track of market trends, competitive landscape, and new partnership opportunities.

🧠 What You Need:

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or wealth management (equity background preferred).
• Graduate degree (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment products, and wealth advisory.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
• Own vehicle preferred for mobility in and around Indore.
• Strong learning aptitude for Web3, crypto, and CoinDCX products.
