Job Overview
Binance is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Admin to support workplace and facilities management, employee services (including remote teams), and internal operations at our Barcelona, Spain office. You will play a key role in organizing administrative processes, coordinating logistics, supporting team travel and events, and assisting in financial tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Process Management
- Support internal administrative operations in line with company policies
- Assist in policy implementation and identify opportunities for process improvement
Workplace & Facilities Management
- Manage lease agreements, office maintenance, vendor relationships, and procurement
- Assist in office relocations, renovations, and safety initiatives (EHS, Crisis Management, BCP)
Event & Travel Coordination
- Organize company events, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Manage corporate merchandise inventory and distribution
- Handle travel bookings, ensuring compliance with company travel policies
Employee & Remote Team Support
- Provide admin support to both on-site and remote employees
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, office access, and equipment
- Address employee inquiries via CRM, analyze trends, and propose improvements
Financial & Asset Management
- Track budgets, report expenses, and manage workplace inventory
- Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure accurate asset tracking
Project & Team Coordination
- Support task tracking and project execution
- Maintain clear communication across stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in administration, office coordination, or facilities management
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, office tools, and budgeting systems
- Problem-Solving: Able to analyze issues, gather feedback, and streamline workflows
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working cross-functionally
- Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of budgets, expenses, and reporting
- Project Assistance: Capable of supporting project timelines and team deliverables
