$180,000 – $202,500/year + equity + benefits

About the Role:

Join Discord's growing Ads business by supporting the execution and optimization of Quest ad campaigns. You’ll work with sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success, deliver insights, and help scale ad operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to execute ad campaigns
• Ensure accurate setup of targeting, tracking, budgets, and performance goals
• Troubleshoot technical issues and test messaging, creatives, and targeting
• Deliver performance insights and ROI-driven recommendations
• Be the go-to expert on campaign best practices

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in digital advertising, ad operations, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of ad tech, tracking, and campaign execution
• Proven ability to manage clients and translate needs into value
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and drive decisions
• Familiarity with key metrics: viewability, brand safety, yield, etc.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
