About the Role

Join Adyen’s onboarding team to perform KYC checks on merchants, review documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC reviews and verify merchant documents
• Communicate directly with merchants on onboarding matters
• Advise internal teams on KYC processes and improvements
• Contribute feedback to improve onboarding tools and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ year experience (internships & activities count)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
• Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset
• Interest in KYC/CDD and compliance
• Fluent in English
