🔍 Key Responsibilities

• User Growth & Expansion: Drive user acquisition and expansion via affiliate/partner channels in the exchange ecosystem.
• Channel Development: Build, support, and scale affiliate and promotional partnerships to grow Binance’s presence in the Greater China region.
• Partner Support & Coordination: Collaborate closely with partners, helping them increase output and performance through operational and strategic support.
• Market Analysis & Execution: Monitor market conditions and align efforts with company growth goals to meet performance targets.
• Networking & Outreach: Attend industry events and constantly scout for new growth opportunities and partnership leads.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in growth, affiliate marketing, or channel development, ideally in:
• Internet platforms
• Blockchain
• Finance
• User acquisition or performance marketing
• Strong business development acumen with a customer-first mindset
• Skilled at identifying user growth opportunities from both product and channel perspectives
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable under pressure
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory to work with local and international teams
