Binance seeks an Affiliate Business Development Lead to drive user growth in the Greater China region. This role focuses on expanding affiliate channels, supporting partner performance, and identifying new user acquisition opportunities through strategic collaborations and market activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage affiliate and user growth channels
• Maintain strong partner relationships and support affiliate success
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize acquisition strategies
• Meet performance targets aligned with market trends and company goals
• Participate in industry events to source new partnerships

Requirements

• 3+ years in growth or channel development (blockchain/finance preferred)
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Strong understanding of user acquisition and affiliate marketing
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
