About the Role

• Part of the Growth Department focusing on user growth metrics.
• Explore and expand growth opportunities and promotion channels in the crypto exchange field.
• Maintain and strengthen cooperation with affiliate channels, supporting channel operations to increase output.
• Solve operational issues and coordinate across teams to meet growth targets.
• Participate in industry events to discover new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in internet product growth or channel development. Experience in blockchain, finance, or internet product growth preferred.
• Strong customer listening skills; always seek growth solutions from user growth and channel operations perspective.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin; familiarity with the Chinese market is essential.
• Self-driven, responsible, able to work under pressure, and good at cross-department coordination.
