Binance is hiring an Affiliate Campaign Operations Specialist to coordinate and execute global affiliate marketing campaigns. This role supports end-to-end campaign delivery—including planning, setup, tracking, and performance reporting—while collaborating with internal teams and affiliate partners (KOLs, influencers, institutions). It’s ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in digital marketing or influencer operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and track global affiliate campaigns
• Manage campaign assets, timelines, budgets, promo links (e.g., UTM)
• Support localized collab packages with BD/ARM teams
• Track KPIs (registrations, trades, ROI), build reports, and optimize underperforming campaigns
• Liaise with legal/finance on contracts and payments
• Maintain SOPs, templates, trackers, and campaign documentation

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years in campaign ops, influencer marketing, or affiliate roles
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, referral tracking, or token launches
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (other languages a plus)
• Strong with Google Sheets, UTM logic, and project coordination
• Data-savvy and comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote setting
