📣 Role: Affiliate Marketing – Taiwan Team

You're joining a hyper-growth team that manages Binance’s affiliate influencer program. Your focus: expanding, optimizing, and scaling the affiliate network.

Core Responsibilities:

• Find & onboard influencers: YouTubers, bloggers, media, and creators who can promote Binance
• Negotiate partnerships and manage onboarding process
• Support affiliates: Keep in regular contact, provide creative assets, and ensure their content performs
• Analyze affiliate data and build ROI-focused campaigns
• Report and optimize performance metrics
• Assist with events & community campaigns (online & offline)

🔍 Who They're Looking For

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (essential for regional coordination)
• A strong communicator with energy and initiative
• Organized and self-motivated – able to multitask and work across time zones
• Has experience (or strong interest) in:
• Affiliate marketing / influencer management
• Business development or digital marketing
• Crypto/Web3 and the Binance ecosystem
• Bonus: Data-savvy, creative, and able to build reports or offer unique promotional ideas
