Role Summary:

You’ll develop AI-powered applications and services that boost productivity by embedding AI capabilities into business tools and workflows. The role bridges AI innovation, software development, and business process optimization, building scalable, secure backend services, and user-friendly AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered productivity tools and applications
• Develop and maintain scalable server-side services and APIs (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Integrate AI tech (LLMs, MCP, RAG) into workflows and business systems
• Connect AI solutions with SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, Notion) through APIs or middleware
• Collaborate to identify business pain points and design AI-driven solutions
• Build ETL pipelines and data models for AI and analytics
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI tools
• Implement modern security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Ensure operational excellence for deployment, monitoring, and scaling

Must-Have Skills:

• Production-grade backend app development experience (Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Deep understanding of AI concepts: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, MCP, frameworks
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise SaaS APIs
• Familiarity with SaaS APIs and integration platforms
• Knowledge of authentication/security protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML
• Solid cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with ETL and large data processing
• Strong communication and ability to deliver autonomously
