AI Productivity Solutions Engineer

About the Role:

Help shape the future of work by designing and building AI-powered applications and services to boost productivity. Embed AI into business workflows and tools, blending software development, AI innovation, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-powered tools and scalable, secure server-side services/APIs.
• Integrate AI technologies like LLM APIs, MCP, RAG into workflows/business systems.
• Build integrations with SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, Notion).
• Collaborate to identify pain points and design AI-driven business solutions.
• Develop user-friendly applications making AI accessible to non-technical users.
• Manage ETL pipelines and data models for AI and analytics workloads.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies for business impact.
• Implement security/authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Ensure deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI solutions with operational excellence.

Must-Have Skills:

• Production-grade server-side development experience (Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Strong understanding of AI concepts: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, MCP, etc.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise tools via APIs or middleware.
• Familiarity with SaaS APIs and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication/security standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with ETL and managing large datasets.
• Strong communicator, able to translate tech into business value.
• Self-driven with ability to deliver complex projects autonomously.
