About the Role:

CoinMarketCap is seeking an AI Prompt and Quality Engineer to ensure high-quality performance of our AI chatbot systems. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining response accuracy, refining model behavior, and improving user experience through prompt quality checks, issue resolution, and AI optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Monitoring: Evaluate daily chatbot responses based on accuracy, relevance, and tone
• Issue Resolution: Identify root causes of response issues, document them, and ensure timely resolution
• Model Optimization: Collaborate with engineering teams on tuning models, annotating data, and refining prompts
• Data Analysis: Analyze user interaction data to extract insights and identify improvement opportunities
• Process Development: Improve QA workflows and establish quality standards

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Solid grasp of AI chatbot functionality, NLP, and ML fundamentals
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data tools
• Experience:
• 2+ years in AI/chatbot QA or optimization roles
• Exposure to top-tier conversational AI products preferred
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments
