CoinMarketCap, the world’s most visited cryptocurrency website, is seeking a detail-oriented AI Prompt and Quality Engineer to enhance the performance of its AI-driven chatbot solutions. This role is central to ensuring the quality, accuracy, and relevance of AI responses while supporting continuous improvements to chatbot systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Evaluate daily AI chatbot responses for clarity, correctness, and user engagement using manual reviews and feedback
• Issue Management: Detect and document issues, determine root causes, and implement effective improvements
• Model Support: Work with engineering teams to fine-tune AI models, perform annotations, and improve overall chatbot accuracy
• Data Analytics: Analyze user interactions to identify key trends and optimize AI behavior based on actionable insights
• Process Optimization: Improve QA processes and maintain consistency across chatbot performance reviews

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in chatbot QA, data tools (SQL, Excel), and foundational knowledge of NLP/ML
• Minimum 2 years in AI product optimization or similar roles
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with leading chatbot platforms is a plus
