Job Summary:

CoinMarketCap is hiring an AI Prompt and Quality Engineer to lead chatbot response quality across its AI systems. The role is key to refining user experiences by ensuring chatbot replies are accurate, relevant, and human-like. The position demands strong technical insight, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of AI chatbot mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Monitoring: Review AI chatbot responses daily to assess accuracy and natural language quality
• Issue Identification & Resolution: Track performance issues, find root causes, and follow up with corrective actions
• Model Tuning: Collaborate with AI/ML teams on fine-tuning, data labeling, and prompt optimization
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user interaction data to uncover pain points and improve chatbot logic
• Workflow Optimization: Enhance QA and model improvement pipelines to drive efficiency and standardization

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/chatbot QA or prompt optimization
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and basic data analysis
• Solid understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts
• Clear communication, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Prior exposure to AI/chatbot platforms is a strong plus
