Job Overview:

CoinMarketCap is seeking a detail-oriented AI Prompt and Quality Engineer to maintain and improve the performance of its AI chatbot systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring AI responses, identifying quality issues, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure the chatbot delivers accurate and natural interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Perform daily evaluations of AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and fluency
• Problem Solving: Identify quality gaps, trace root causes, and implement actionable improvements
• Model Enhancement: Work with engineers to fine-tune AI models using annotated data and performance metrics
• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze user-chat data to highlight pain points and improve conversation flows
• Process Optimization: Improve internal QA workflows to boost efficiency and maintain high evaluation standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/chatbot quality or optimization
• Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning fundamentals
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
• Effective communicator, problem-solver, and fast learner
• Experience with top AI chatbot platforms is a plus
