About the Role:

Join Binance’s AI/ML team to build safety frameworks and guardrails for large language models (LLMs) and intelligent agents. You will help ensure trust, security, and compliance in AI-powered products like chatbots, compliance tools, and other AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI guardrails to act as a safety layer for LLMs and workflows
• Define and enforce safety, security, and compliance policies
• Detect and prevent prompt injection, jailbreaks, hallucinations, and unsafe AI outputs
• Implement privacy and PII protections such as redaction and data governance
• Build red-teaming pipelines, automated safety testing, and risk monitoring tools
• Continuously improve guardrails to counter new threats and comply with regulations
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for trading, compliance, and Web3 tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Security, and Data

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or related field
• Research publications in top AI conferences are a plus (ICLR, NeurIPS, ACL, ICML)
• Experience building LLM safety guardrails (policy design, refusal rules, filtering)
• Hands-on knowledge of hallucination mitigation and AI safety evaluation
• Proven track record deploying AI safety frameworks to production
• Strong Python coding skills; familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Understanding of privacy, PII handling, and risk governance frameworks
• Interest in crypto, Web3, and financial systems
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and communication skills
