🔍 Job Description

We are seeking a Security Compliance Analyst to support our growing security compliance program. This position will focus on identity and access management (IAM) and vulnerability management (VM) across our global operations. If you have a strong understanding of security compliance, risk management, and IT security controls, and if you’re excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-growing crypto company, we want to hear from you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead IT and Security initiatives to support IAM/VM roadmap and enhance program maturity.
Assist in scoping IT systems and train owners for security audits.
Conduct security control gap assessments and track remediation efforts.
Evaluate security postures and compliance implications for new products.
Work with internal teams to ensure proper control ownership and excellence in security.
Collaborate with auditors to explain complex technology control environments.
Monitor emerging security trends and recommend control improvements.
Help solve complex audit problems specific to the crypto industry.
Identify and resolve program challenges through creative solutions.

✅ What We Look For

Experience: 2+ years in a Security-related role.
Education: BA or BS in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
Skills:
Experience with security certifications such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2, etc.
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Expertise in IT security compliance, risk management, and vulnerability management.
Experience in operationalizing IAM and VM controls (e.g., access management, vulnerability remediation).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Haves:
Prior Big 4 or consulting experience in Cybersecurity.
Security certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.).
Financial services or regulatory experience.
Experience with GRC tools and control frameworks.
