About the Role

As an Analytics Engineer on our CX Analytics Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights through scalable pipelines and clean, trusted data models. You’ll serve as a force multiplier for the analytics and operations teams—developing tools and infrastructure that unlock data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable ELT pipelines.
• Develop trusted, reusable data models (e.g., star/snowflake schemas) to support enterprise analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, data science, and business stakeholders—to align on requirements and deliver insights.
• Create frameworks, abstractions, and internal tools (e.g., UDFs, dashboards, Python packages) to streamline analytics workflows.
• Prioritize outcome-focused solutions, choosing the best tools for long-term value and quick impact.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Strong SQL skills with advanced querying and optimization experience.
• Proficiency in data modeling best practices for analytics (e.g., modular, reusable structures).
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines using modern tools like dbt, Airflow, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of cloud data architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and development workflows (e.g., GitHub, CI/CD).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to translate technical work into business value.
• Business acumen and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering and design is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Intermediate to advanced Python (especially OOP and automation).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Superset, Plotly).
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of basic statistics and probability.
