Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Anchor & Producer to lead and host video content across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong anchoring skills, a flair for storytelling, and a deep understanding of entertainment, Bollywood, and digital content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and anchor Pinkvilla's YouTube and social media video content
• Conceptualize content ideas, write scripts, and prepare interview questions
• Conduct research on Bollywood and entertainment topics
• Oversee video production and guide editors during post-production
• Lead short-form content strategy, including YouTube Shorts
• Mentor interns and junior team members
• Create and host new show formats and video series
• Manage end-to-end podcast and video production

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in podcast anchoring or show hosting
• Strong knowledge and passion for Bollywood and entertainment culture
• Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to ideate, produce, and lead content strategies
• Basic knowledge of video editing workflows
• Familiarity with YouTube trends, algorithms, and content formats
• Creative, collaborative, and comfortable leading content teams
