Job Summary

Join Tetra Pak’s Internship Program and gain real-world experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement. You’ll work within the improvement team, analyzing data and supporting key initiatives across the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in continuous improvement projects as a team member
• Analyze KPIs and production process data
• Support project tracking and implementation
• Contribute to efficiency improvement efforts using methodologies like Kaizen

Preferred Majors

• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Related technical fields

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with SAP
• Basic project management knowledge
• Understanding of Kaizen or lean manufacturing principles

Eligibility Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• In final 2 years of study
• Available for full internship duration (May 2026–May 2027)
