Partnering with an online marketplace focused on short-term homestays, this role is about ensuring luxury homes meet impeccable quality standards. You'll perform detailed on-site evaluations and maintain strong host relationships to uphold the brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive on-site home evaluations and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain and enforce high standards of luxury and quality for listed homes.
• Build and maintain strong connections with Hosts.
• Respond promptly to emails and manage MediaBox scheduling.

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, real estate, or related fields preferred.
• Flexible availability, including non-standard hours.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have a smartphone and vehicle access to travel to nearby cities.
