Role Overview

Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts (60-80 accounts with 1,000+ employees) by driving new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting retention and renewals efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a book of enterprise accounts, driving growth through white space analysis and account planning
  • Identify new business units and use cases within existing clients via prospecting and multi-threading
  • Support business case proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Collaborate with solution consultants to conduct product demos and demonstrate ZoomInfo’s value
  • Work closely with the renewals team to ensure client ROI and retention


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with 4+ years selling into complex global enterprises
  • Proven success closing 6-figure+ annual contract value deals
  • Ability to independently manage full sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn diverse business models
  • Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Skills

  • Training in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Sandler, or Gap Selling
  • Experience across industries like manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and more
  • Knowledge of business intelligence markets and CRM tools


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $87,100 - $119,800 per year + variable compensation

Work Arrangement
