👩‍💻 The Role

We're seeking an Android Software Engineer to help build cutting-edge live streaming experiences on Android. From ideation to implementation, you'll partner with design, product, and backend teams to shape how creators and viewers interact on TikTok Live.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Design and build intuitive, responsive new features for the TikTok Live Android app.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize performance and ensure top-tier app stability and speed on Android platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that can scale across a global user base.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development processes.

📌 Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field (final-year students and recent grads welcome!).
• 💻 Proficiency in Java or Kotlin and familiarity with Android SDK.
