Overview:
PepsiCo India is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the technical administration of its Learning Management System (LMS), with a focus on SuccessFactors. The role involves managing course content, user enrollment, eLearning testing, and system reporting to ensure an optimal learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain LMS content including courses, schedules, curricula, and programs
- Handle enrollments, surveys, assessments, and reporting
- Oversee eLearning development and usability testing
- Ensure smooth end-user experience through comprehensive testing and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience with LMS or HR systems
- At least 1 year of experience in HTML and JavaScript
- University degree required
- Exposure to international or cross-sector work preferred
- Knowledge of HR technologies is a plus
