About the Role:
We are hiring for a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager for one of our portfolio companies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to take on end-to-end management of performance marketing activities across a variety of channels, including paid social and paid search. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and optimizing e-commerce channels to fuel revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Paid Social Campaigns: End-to-end management of performance marketing activities across paid social channels like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Optimize E-commerce Channels: Oversee and optimize channels such as website, social media, email, and paid advertising for maximum efficiency and performance.
- Support Additional Channels: Help implement and optimize campaigns across other performance marketing channels, including paid search. Work closely with partner agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.
- SEM Strategy & Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies, improving visibility and driving relevant traffic to the business.
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Design and implement performance marketing strategies that aim at customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the performance marketing strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Expertise in SEM: Solid understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and keyword optimization techniques. Experience managing campaigns and optimizing them for performance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis is a must.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating engaging marketing content and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, and the ability to craft marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
