💼 Position Overview

Title: Associate, Asset Listings & Services

Location: United States (Remote-first, with required in-person participation for offsites)

Salary Range: $130,900 - $154,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits

Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–5 years relevant experience

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Research & Due Diligence:
• Analyze crypto assets, tokenomics, technologies, and organizations to prioritize asset listings.
• Asset Monitoring Program:
• Lead initiatives on monitoring 1,000+ assets—tracking forks, upgrades, legal issues, security events, and organizational changes.
• Incident Response & Communication:
• Build systems to detect and share timely asset updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Security, and other teams to triage and address incidents.
• Scalability & Automation:
• Identify opportunities to scale monitoring using automation and third-party tools without losing quality.
• External Engagement:
• Conduct calls with asset issuers and developers to clarify details for internal teams.
• Crypto Market Intelligence:
• Track asset metrics, social sentiment, and crypto trends.
• Write and distribute reports to inform listing strategies.

👤 Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with proven success
• Deep passion for crypto with hands-on onchain experience
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, humble, and self-aware
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills across multiple teams
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Experience scaling processes or products
• Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations

🎯 Nice-to-Haves

• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to write SQL queries, do spreadsheet analyses, and use crypto dashboards
• Active public crypto content creator (e.g., X, Mirror, Farcaster)
• Skilled at analyzing blockchain transactions to detect anomalies or suspicious activity
