Role Overview

As Associate Director - Growth, you will lead CoinDCX’s user acquisition and retention efforts by managing the entire Customer Life Cycle (onboarding, activation, churn prevention, etc.). You’ll design and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels (Push, Email, Social, In-App) and collaborate closely with product and analytics teams to fuel sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing (CLM)
• Plan, execute, and optimize acquisition and retention campaigns
• Drive gamified and incentive-based programs with social engagement
• Monitor campaign ROI and ensure brand consistency
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for products and services
• Use data insights and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Analytics and Product teams to develop growth products

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in CLM and product marketing with growth focus
• Proven track record in experiment-driven growth and user retention
• Experience with trading platforms, fintech preferred
• Strong skills in user segmentation, data analysis, and problem solving
• Familiarity with tools like MoEngage, Amplitude
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
