⚖️ Inside the Legal Team

The legal team ensures compliance, manages risk, and navigates regulatory complexities in the blockchain space. It plays a vital role in safeguarding CoinDCX’s interests.

✅ Role Requirements

• 10–15 years in legal/compliance, with 5+ years interacting with law enforcement
• Experience in litigation, disputes, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong command of English and Hindi
• In-depth knowledge of IPC, CrPC, IT Act, Section 69A, and data protection laws
• Skilled in legal data analysis and law enforcement protocols
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and manage litigation
• Respond to legal/regulatory requests and handle escalations
• Educate authorities on CoinDCX policies
• Represent CoinDCX in official events and forums
• Advise internal teams on user grievances and compliance improvements
