What You’ll Do:

• Identify & mitigate liquidity risks focusing on prime brokerage activities (trading, financing, custody, staking, etc.).
• Design & implement a liquidity risk framework across financing products and establish risk limits across legal entities.
• Monitor outflows & contingent liabilities within prime brokerage.
• Engage in product design to address structural risks during development.
• Prepare liquidity risk reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate across teams (product, operations, legal) to resolve complex product challenges.

What We Look For:

• 7-10 years’ experience in collateral rehypothecation and liquidity risk management at a global financial institution.
• Expertise managing liquidity risks across prime brokerage or derivatives products.
• Strong quantitative skills and deep understanding of capital markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence & build relationships across senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Enjoy analyzing and evaluating complex issues, forming independent judgments, and challenging the status quo.
