Role Overview:

Lead BI efforts to support merchant experience (MX) strategy by driving data analysis, insight generation, and strategic decision-making. Own dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence business outcomes with data-driven narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and monitor key MX performance metrics

Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities for merchant experience improvement

Build insights and stories to guide strategic priorities

Collaborate with product, operations, automation, and analytics teams

Mentor data analysts and manage multiple projects

Present findings clearly to senior management

Requirements:

3-5 years analytics experience, preferably in fintech or related fields

Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) skills

Familiarity with Python/R and statistics is a plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to think like a business owner and provide actionable insights
