🧠 What You’ll Do

• Supervise a team of 10–15 Compliance Analysts (EDD, AML, SAR filing, transaction monitoring).
• Monitor team KPIs and quality, support vendor operations, and drive process improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in BSA/AML, compliance monitoring, and regulatory obligations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Financial Crimes, Compliance leadership) to execute Coinbase’s AML program.
• Promote a strong “culture of compliance” and customer-first mentality.

✅ What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in compliance (preferably in AML/BSA domains).
• 2–3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of BSA, OFAC, FinCEN, and general financial regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communicator, with experience in change management and cross-functional leadership.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments and using multiple systems.

✨ Nice to Haves

• ACAMS certification or similar compliance credential.
• Familiarity with Coinbase products or similar fintech/crypto platforms.
• Experience with project management or frameworks like Scrum, Agile, or Lean 6 Sigma.
• Advanced Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) proficiency.
