Salary Range: $135,320 – $159,200 USD + bonus + equity + benefits

About the Role

Coinbase is seeking a passionate and driven Partnerships Associate to support the growth of its Onramps and Wallet products. This role involves developing and executing strategic partnership initiatives to reduce friction in fiat-to-crypto conversions and accelerate global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop partnership strategies for Coinbase Onramps and support international growth
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with strategic partners
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle: scoping, negotiation, onboarding, and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, compliance, legal, marketing, etc.)
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners
• Contribute to retail and broader Coinbase growth initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development or partnerships
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate regulatory and payments landscapes
• Experience negotiating various deal types
• Solid understanding of payments infrastructure and global markets
• Strong judgment, communication, and strategic thinking

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or at a startup
• Background in product or growth-related roles
